- You see we live in this Constitutional Democracy and not in a dictatorship. We have laws and rules. Arizona did what it thought it could get away with, the Federal Government took them to court and the courts will now determine if Arizona lived by the rules ( Constitution).

- Too bad for the Rangers, but I do want to correct something in the story. The Seattle Pilots DID NOT file bankruptcy they just moved in the middle of the night after only one season in Seattle. Seattle sued and won which is why the Mariners exist at all.

The whole problem happened because memberd of the Senate and House such as Chris Dodd and Barney Frank prevented overdight of Fannie and Freddie's loans to people that could not make the payments. These actions in turn caused a housing bubble that broke when the loans began to default in epic proportions.

All this for massive campaign contributions by fannie and Freddie to Dodd and Frank.

Even though Bush called for oversight the Obama team along with congressional Democrats are trying to lay the blame on President Bush. This is shameful!

The Republics have no vote and are out numbered. If things fail, the Dems only have themselves to blame.
